He rejects testing because he needs to avoid a scandal.
He has political aspirations and goals and endorsements. If he was truly an honest and trustworthy person he would have given blood by now, or he would have agreed to do so for the Timothy Bradley fight.

Floyd would never fight pac. After rejecting a fair 50/50 split, he is back on the old PEDS accusation **** and insisting that his health is more important and would not do an ali where he fight the best but came up with parkinsons later (floyd's own words).
