    Lol. This guy us a ******. All ur links say are that he wants to fight the winner of khan garcia. Khan lost and is still calling him out. Im telling the truth and i dont need sources.     Contract says Soto wears 20 ounce gloves and isn't allowed to touch Kahn's chin. Kahn also gets to wear a helmet of his choice.
