I always thought how hard it was to rate guys like SRR to contemporary guys. We really do not know how SRR would have done with Hagler,Hearns,Leonard,Duran or other guys like Jones. Most people would say he would beat them easily, but I don't think so. But no way do I think Floyd is better than SRR. He isn't better than Sugar Shane Mosley as far as his career.

hey hey easy on the hate - as FMM might say I don't have to fight 190+ times to prove I am better I just have to fight SRR once or twice

    best three small guys (sub-160) all-time :

    SRR
    Hank Armstrong
FMM (even though he might have dropped the odd fight to the likes of prime-ODLH or prime-Duran)

    best three big guys (160+) all-time :

    Ali
    Moore
    SRR

SRR v FMM ? relentless two-fisted attack from SRR sways the judges in SRRs favour almost every time - unanimous points win for SRR - FMM can duke it out but relentless assult is the one thing that def. makes him look mortal

The fact you just said that and have Bieber as your avatar mean you're a completely delusional fool. You may also be a homo, but that's a side-note:lol:.

it always rankles me when fighters are dismissed as "cab drivers".

Even back in the golden age, unless a fighter (even contenders) had a promoter or a syndicate payin' expenses, so he could train full time, he had to work a regular job.

Davey Moore, the featherweight champ, parked cars.
