    Okay...

    Whatever.

I don't care about the outcome of this fight and I believe Juanma is just going to crack Gamboa's jaw in a short fight in the future anyway.

Don't read too much into my prediction for this fight.

    goooooooooooood fight

I dunno about this. On styles I go with John. he has a good stiff jab and likes distance which is what you need to overcome speed. But then again Gamboa's speed might be just too much.

Gamboa will win it and will fight and will probably KO the shaky leg suspicous glass jawed JuanMa Lopez in the early rounds next year!

I hate when people do that. Max Kellermen did it at the Pac Marg fight at the end mentioning how Mayweather is waiting for Pac to decline. How he wants to fight a weaker pac. So if Mayweather takes the fight, even if he wins, the excuse is there. Pac declined. No credit for mayweather. Thats exactly what you just did there.

    Well Lets look at this.

Gamboa has been knocked down various times but never hurt

Lopez has been kocked down (Some guy named jackson in his early fights and Benarbie) and has been Seriously hurt and on the verge of being KOed twice as far as i know. Lopez has the worst chin of the two.

I said my opinion clearly, then what I think would be the case were I wrong.

Get over your absolutism, it just makes you seem stupid and young.

Okay, whatever you think is fine.

I think Juanma will knock him out in 5 or 6 rounds.

I would have liked to see Gamboa faced a few more slick fighters before John. YOu guys underestimating John will be surprised. I think it will be a very controversial fight that Gamboa will get due to his name. John has some serious skills and i can see him timing Gamboa and probably dropping him a few times. Has John ever been hurt? I know against Rocky he was kind of. It looked more like exhaustion though.

Big challenge ahead for Gamboa. He better not take any shortcuts in training.
Gamboa by SD in a highly controversial decision.

True, Juarez did get to John, but in the very last round, a bad habit Juarez does after he loses 8-9 rounds in a fight and then decides to fight in the last round. Either ways, I like Yuriorkis and will be routing for him, but John despite not having great power or speed is a very good all around fighter that might frustrate Gamboa.

I've noticed Gamboa improve slightly where he's not as reckless as he used to be, but he still has that mentality where he thinks he can knock everybody out. It's clear in the Salido fight where a slow, light punching pressure fighter like Salido made Gamboa look very bad. I think Gamboa is a temperamental fighter and that will be his downfall. He still leaves himself wide open when he wants to look great landing those bombs. IMO since he's a small guy like Pacman he should be using better footwork and angles to cut a guy down and not get hit so much. Gamboa seems too much in love with his power alot like Hamed was.
