Teddy has never liked pacquiao. Also the guy is pretty much insane. He always toed the line but I think he really loved the praise as well as the flak he caught when he outted joe mesi's medical issues. Since then he is just annoying.

Well Teddy did pick Pac to beat Cotto, so he got one prediction right. Who knows maybe this one will be right too. Only way to know for sure is if they actually do fight.
