Seems like he's trying to negotiate himself out of a risky fight

I think pac is clean. Wether he fights pbf or not isn't he concerned about fighting a juiced up fighter. I'm suprised pac doesn't suggest or demand random testing himself. Pac is a great champion and it would be a shame if a juiced up fighter took his belt. I know pac said he's afraid of needles, but being afraid of fighting a roided up boxer seems like a more reasonable fear. Pac is clean and he should insure he only fights clean fighter. Refusing the tests is kinda hard to understand to me. I think it's b/c it's pbf idea, but what if pac demands to test even more frequently than pbf demands. Then it will be pac's terms, he can insure his opponet is clean, and he can shut up rumors about him cheating w/ PED's.

shut the **** up on that outperforming bull****, no amount of 'outperforming' will put pac at 15.... mayweather offering the p4p #1 and second biggest name in boxing in america and maybe the world 15 is absurd, and only a nuthugger would see otherwise.

Yes, no question that Mayweather should get more, which is why 55-45 or even 60-40 is fine.

    15??? :patsch

Manny's team admit Manny himself is in the dark about the steroids.

QFT. Floyd does NOT want this fight. I think that's pretty clear to everyone now.

All this posturing and playing hard ball is nothing new in negotiations. I'll wait for a month or two to see what develops. Right now, I'm not going to jump the gun and say the fight is off.

If Floyd takes a hard stance on his current demands, it's only going to perpetuate more complications down the road. Floyd demands are going to effectively force Arum to counter by matching Pac with Margarito. What happens when Pac-Margarito outsells the 1.4m ppv's that FMJ-Mosley sold? I can then easily see Pac's team demanding the higher purse split.

    Round they go.

Ok lets run with your logic for a second, how do you explain Pac having three "massive" fights and Mayweather finding "washed up fighters" to dance around, yet Mayweather outperformed in PPV numbers? If it's not because PBF is a bigger draw and bigger attraction based on yoru logic what would you attribute this to?

Manny would be man enough to fight Margarito but remember how Floyd was scared shitless of Tony when he confronted him???
Its down to Floyd now if he baulks now he's goona be exposed to everyone what a coward he really is

The reason it's this way is because history tells us he's the man, like it or not, believe it or not, the man is the bigger draw and has EARNED a bigger split. If Pac doesn't see fit to take random drug tests, that's his deal but PBF is entitled to negotiate that into a contract, period. I mean Pac lost his chips when he ducked the first fight and left himself open to this happening, he took a gamble and lost, it happens in matters of business all the time.

Doesn't matter what terms Pacquiao agrees to,

Mayweather will always come back and demand more and more ...
