Hot Damn fella's!!! We got a bonafide Middle Weight Showdown on the way. It's hard, IMO, for boxing to get any better than 2 bad ass Middle Weights throwin' down.

It will help him go straight over backwards when Pavlik touches his chin though. We can count the number of times the wave goes back and forth through it when he hits the deck.

My 'official' last day at my current job is Oct. 30. Things look good for a gig in Dayton though. But, all things considered, even if I get the new job things will be a tad hectic for me to try and make the fight. Dayton adds another 4 hours to the trip for me.

 

This is such an intriguing fight. Williams taking on someone around his own size, and who can punch twice as hard as any of the Welterweights he fought during his stay at 147lbs. If he gets hit to often, he'll be tasting the canvas and perhaps his first defeat since Quintana. Goodluck to both guy. I can't wait.

 

I said the same thing about Calzaghe/Pavlik and we see how that one turned out.

 

Vegas should give an over/under on the punch count per round.

 

I can't wait for this fight.
