No i dont as i admit Spence has a better resume

    See how that works?

He does need it legacy despite what you believe

Beating a 43 year old pac and getting beat up by Canelo badly aint getting in no hall of fame

Sometimes boxers have to concede to achieve legacy

AJ is right now id imagine in negotiations with Fury

But the other side of the road gang will keep ducking

Lol, nice try. Okay explain Spence doing 350,000 PPV buys with Porter? Yeah that what I thought, Spence is a PPV extraction.

You're right, Spence has never fought at the CHI center.

YDKSAB. Any Boxer holding two or more belts is a unified champion in their division...holding all 4 makes you undisputed. Anthony Joshua & Saul Alvarez are the unified champions in their division, getting all four would make them undisputed.

What the hell does 140 have to do with 147. Who care what he did there, he's fighting at 147 now.

There is no reason not to fight if Crawford takes 60/40. Once he does that, the fights a go.

The A-side in this fight is Errol Spence, numbers don't lie.

    That's great. He does.

    It is what it is.

    No he doesn't.

Pacquiao is still beating up guys 10 years younger than him, shows greatness. As far as Alvarez goes, Spence could win but either way, fighting those fight & winning or losing shows greatness because you are willing to step up to be great. But let use the reverse psychology here, by your reasoning, if Spence loses to Crawford, he hasn't achieve legacy because he lost as oppose to just fighting the fight, right?

True, Crawford should take 60/40. He's not the A-side

That's nice for AJ, that doesn't mean other A-side in other divisions have to do that.

Nah, tell Crawford to take 60/40 and we are off to the races.

I think what both Spence and Crawford need to realise is that not fighting each other is BAD for both of their legacies (look at the stick Calzaghe and Ottke quite rightly get!)
Ok Terrence, let Spence take the A-side position, then rub his nose in it. Then get rematch clause where you get 70/30 or whatever.

Personally I can see both of their 'arguments' to being the A-side but it's mostly bull**** posturing
+ Crawford was undisputed at 140 and P4P #1 - sure but 140 was a hell of a weak division, so not a high bar. P4P #1 talent maybe but not on resume IMO
+ Spence on other hand can argue he was fought the better 147 opposition (Brook, Porter (who Crawford has passed on interestingly) and Garcia) - at 147, aside from a shot Brook Crawford really not set the world alight. But then again, whenever Danny G has stepped up to A-level he has fell short as has Porter.

If either of them want a legacy-defining 147 win, they got to be looking at one another.

So the guy who took the Danny Garcia fight a year after being thrown through his car windshield is afraid to fight?

I like Crawford a lot, but the sooner he & Arum realize he's the B side here, the sooner the fight happens.

But despite being a cripple Benevidez was in the fight all along till he ran out of gas. Only then did Crawford take him out. To be honest I'd be more scared of Crawford's Mom
    than of him lol

Of course they are I'm not comparing the 2, but Spence could've taken a tune up coming back and nobody would've batted an eye.

Spence is the bigger draw sells more on pay per view, has more belts and beaten the better opposition and makes more money. If Crawford accepts 40% of the split it’s double the money he currently makes potentially more. You are missing the key point Spence will take the fight just setting the economic terms as the A side. Do you think Canelo and Smith were on the same money? There is always an A-side going into fights. Floyd Mayweather was the B side when he fought Arturo Gatti and Oscar de La Hoya. He became the A-side after he beat them.
