    He made adjustments to fight your boy Pacquiao:

    He agreed to the split nobody thought he would take
    He agreed to the outlandish fine of $10 Million per pound over the limit
    He agreed to the smaller ring, and smaller gloves which favor Pacquiao
    He agreed to fight on Pacquiao's time schedule of March 13

    He asks for random blood testing, and Pacquiao initially agrees then backs out and begins moving the goal post.

    Pacquiao ran from the fight *******, end of story.
