Chef, you gotta keep us updated on how training camps going :good

Wladimir will be a damn monster a week or so before the fight, thats likely when Haye yet again mysteriously draws a back injury.

I don't care where the fight is. Yes, German Klitschbox fans often seem to be suited types with little wider interest in the sport, but I don't think their conduct at the events is anything to be ashamed of at all. In the end, there'll be a good atmosphere wherever this bout takes place.

I just wish that wherever these fights were held the overbearing, kitschy entrances were abandoned. The Klitschko ring walks do a disservice to the sport and really just make me cringe to the point where I can't watch them. Sure, add a bit of flash if you want, but don't have an additional 15 minutes of fluff.

Same counts going back...I remember Chris Eubank once had a very effective entrance, then he started involving motorcycles and **** and that was that. I remember Kevin Mitchell taking a page out of the German method of having a diabolical soft-rock band serenade you into the arena over the course of 7 or 8 minutes by having a shot to pieces punk rock band do the same to him en route to being dispatched in three by Michael Katsidis. Thankfully it's still generally the exception outside of Germany's top fighters.

I just hope that it's in the contract that both fighters have to keep it real and tasteful in this fight. If I see holographic, CGI renditions of legendary historical figures from the last century and the ghost of Max Schmelling followed by a Red Hot Chili Peppers tribute act rising through the floor in a cloud of dry ice in order to play Wlad into the ring, I'm turning off.
