How can anyone of them (winner of jmm vs pbf) be the #1 without beating the current #1?!(pac)

    so you are saying...

if pac retires now...(assuming JMM wins!) JMM will be the current champion. Pac comes back to fight #2 which is pbf or somebody else who is currently #2 and PAC's beat the #2. Pac WILL BE CALLED #1 AGAIN without fighting JMM?!

    Scenario #2

if pac retires now (assuming PBF wins) PBF will be the current champ.
PAC comes back to fight JMM or the current #2. PAC beats the #2. PAC will be called #1 without fighting PBF?!

dude, OBVIOUSLY there is SOMETHING WRONG with your analogy!

HOW CAN SOMEBODY BE CALLED #1 P4P if you haven't beaten the #1 p4p IF YOH HAPPEN TO BELONG to the same or almost the the same weight category?

*******'s crying about them using Pacquiao's name? WTH is this crap? Savor the time Pac has left because his turn will come and that will be it! No more of Floyd's left-overs for him!

There is always a reason why Mayweather cannot fight the best comp. At least in his mind. But now that we have a fighter in Pac that is highly skilled and very exciting you can expect Mayweather will ride his jockstrap to square up his tax bill. What does he expect? He has avoided top competition for years and Pac looks for it. Yea Pacs name is worth mentioning if your Mayweather. If you are JMM you probably want to forget that name.

Mayweather can't draw flies. Pac is the big name. I refuse to even watch this fight.

Don't you realize they're heating up their hypes using PAC's name. Instead hyping about each other, they're conspiring to bring PACMAN down. And know what? FLOYD's gonna price himself out of the fight. It's his nature......CHICKEN.......DUCK......LOL :hat

Jeff, you sound so sure that Floyd will not fight Moseley, Cotto, Berto and Clottey before Pac fights them!

If Marquez beats Mayweather he can make a case for being #1 as he beat Mayweather and has a strong case for having beaten Pac too.

:lol::lol: A win by a welterweight over a lightweight does not earn any credit, Floyd's win in this fight will never cement anything about him except that he is the best cherry picker! If JMM would win on the other hand, he would have a ligitimate claim to being the best fighter or ATG if he isn't one yet as of now!:yep
