It's SO obvious the two judges were paid off in the Funeka/Guzman fight.

Then, if it wasnt bad judging, and they were paid off they should be allowed?

I did not know that. If true, wow. GBP maybe needs to be investigated.

We are talking about some of the worst decisions in recent times being GBP fighters.

Of course not. Either way, the judges look bad.

I dunno, it was kinda weird how Guzman stuck his hand up when it was over as if he knew he was safe but it's impossible to say whether the judges were payed off or not.

    EXACTLY!!

They seemed way overconfident when the bell rang, despite having had their asses wooped. Very political situation here but I guess we are used to that type of thing.

That was a disgusting robbery. A day later, and I still feel very sorry for Funeka. He was a CLEAR winner.

Guzman looked messed up. To quote Lennox Lewis, "Did you see the state of his face?"

I would definitely like to see Funeka fight again. Guzman, on the other hand, I have no interest in ever seeing fight again.

I'm looking at his highlights now and I'm struggling to see how the **** this guy could be beaten.

I think it's just a case of incompetent judges. They probably saw all the aggression from Guzman and gave him the rounds based on that alone.

Though, now that I think about it, there have been a few robberies in GBP fights pointed out here, and something definitely seems fishy.

Has there ever been a just decision where it took so long for the scorecards to be tallied? Yesterday, it took really, really long. Something is just not right when this happens AND the scores are bullsh*t.

Either they are PAID OFF or GENUINELY INCOMPETENT! :yep

Guzman may have won in the judges scorecards but in essense HE DID NOT OR HARDLY PROVED he was the better boxer among the two!

i don't think they were corrupt. i just think they were incompetent candy-ass mother****ers that have no place in the sport much less holding a fighter's in their hands. funeka was a pretty big underdog and i put $100 down and would have came up big, but that's not the point. these mistakes cost a fighter when it's not his fault. he put in the effort during the fight, during training camp only to get gang raped.
