There were plenty of hard, chin-shattering blows, but Khan proved that his chin is not glass. If anything, his chin is not excellent.

Khan's Chin is unexplainable

 

Khan's chin is okay. Not great but not glass, it was a pretty big shot Maidana caught him with in round 10... 2 years ago he wouldn't be getting up from that!

His body composition is a lot better now, and unlike in the past he doesn't have his chin in the air all the time when he throws punches. I think his punch resistance should improve further when he moves up to 147, which i'd say is probably his natural weight class.... but I can't ever see him having a solid/great punch resistance.
