He priced himself out of a Pavlik fight. A Ward fight. :patsch

I know Allen pulled out of an ESPN fight with Ward - so I don't think he outpriced himself in that one. And I don't remember him pricing himself out of a fight with Pavlik - I don't even remember that fight being offered. As much talking as Allen has been doing lately - you could think that would come up somewhere in the interview. Pavlik's people haven't even said anything about it.

He should have taken the fight against Ward - not only did he miss out on that - but he ****ed up this chances of fighting on ESPN. Since then - he's been on the Black Ball list with almost everyone.

Can we stop mentioning Allan Green's name until he actually signs to fight a real opponent? A lot of threads on this forum mentioning his name. He doesn't deserve the attention.

Actually he turned down Bute on 2 separate occasions and it makes you wonder if his team truly believe in him....:huh

The undisputed king of the negotiating table because just like a healthy relationship, the one who initiates the breakup is crowned the winner. Those chumps aren't going to get Green to show a sign of weakness by getting him to engage in any of this ***gy "bartering" nonsense.

Green has talent. He has charisma. And he has comeback from some serious medical issues. All of which should make him a great story. Instead, he runs his mouth about guys he refused to fight, drops out of fights at the last minute, and doesn't seem to want to fight anyone at SMW with a heartbeat. He deserves where he's at right now. Say what you will about the UFC but one distinct advantage they have is that there aren't many Allen Green's. The ability to control the matchmaking gets rid of guys like this. You either fight who they tell you to fight or you're out.

Exactly and it would also prevent any bull**** said like ''I don't need to fight him or who has he beat to deserve a fight with me'', etc..
