I thought he looked half decent. He was blocking most of the shots and I thought he was doing half-decent despite the initial knockdown. Austin actually didn't look bad as usual. At 228, he looks like one of the HW's from the 80's with that haircut.
I said it'd be a tough fight that could go either way, and I was right. Shame, cause Golota is probably done, now.
Damn shame he never had his head screwed on a straight, should have been champ. He was robbed against Bird.
He is by no means great nor a champ, dude. He's a quitter. That's all.:yep BTW, I predicted that he'll get TKOd in the first round because he looked terribly out of shape in the weigh in.
No. Golota unoficially retired after Brewster. It was during the Adamek fight in Germany when Golota cheered for him from the crowd when they showed a highlight from his Brewster fight when Golota decided to make a comeback. He didnt want to be remembered like that. Right now there is no point in a comeback. He is 41, his arm has been injured a long time ago in a car accident and it would have to take a long time to heal now. He would have to fight tuneups first and its just too late now. He might fight one last goodbye fight in Poland vs nobody just to go out with a win but thats it.
The first one was legit, the second one was a slip, they didn't show a proper replay zoomed out of either knockdowns, the second one both of their legs got tackled and he dropped from that.
H was winning both Bowe fights and got robbed vs Byrd and arguably vs Ruiz.He is a champ without a belt.Quitter? That is just the troll in you talking
he's been done for a while. Something happened to his arm in the few seconds of the fight but he looked horrible anyway.
The reality of the Golota/Brewster fight is that that fight *should* have been for the IBF/WBA (Golota with robberies against Byrd and Ruiz) and WBO (Brewster) Heavyweight Belts. Then the winner could have fought Klitschko for total unification. :deal
Am I? Check this out if he did not quit the Tyson fight. :yep [yt]=zVHlMpp97uk&feature=related[/yt] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVHlMpp97uk&feature=related
It wa sproven that he had a bone broken in his head with Tyson...it could have costed him his life, and tonight he had a hurt hand.He did the right thing, and he showed heart in both fights
