BT Sport hugely overpaid for CL, paying over £900m. Nearly 3x as much as Sky offered. ITV don't have the budget for it so the box office open is intriguing.

Easily doable. Could have multiple promoters signed to use the platform (Cyclone/Sauerland??/Hennessey/Goodwin)
Haye, Fury, Frampton, Groves, ogogo, Degale? Selby? khan? Massive names right there sign a few olympic medalists. Would like to see ITV take off and give Matchroom some competition

This is fantasy.

How many PPV's do you think a network could do in a 1 year?

David Haye vs who?

Fury vs who?

Ogogo vs who?

Selby vs who?

Khan vs who?

Groves I think is quite happy with his deal which gives him Sky exposure anyway.

I could see ITV interested in doing some PPV's but these will be limited to big fights.

Could see that happening as its probably the only way they can find the money to get Briggs in the ring.

Any ppv fight Involving a matchroom fighter would only be on sky so that only leaves us with very few fights
Fury vs haye (won't happen)
Fury vs klit 2 (hmmmmmm)
Selby vs Frampton
Degale vs groves (not sure what deal groves has with matchroom)

These are the only realistic fights that would be worthy of ppv that itv can have

Doubt it. That fight looks dead in the water.

Fair point. Four cards a year and that's it. And least with Mick we got GGG on Channel 5 once:lol.

I can't even see how we are going to get 4 cards? Frampton isn't included in the deal, and another headliner used on a couple of 5 cards - Haskins - is fighting on a SBO undercard next.

The rest of Cyclones kids all had a run out this past weekend I think.

Even then, with just 4 sporadic cards, whats the point? I'm sure some of the "hardcores" dont know when they're on let alone the casuals.

Interesting.. would definitely challenge SBO.. how would it work though? Like in Germany with Sat.1 and all that?

Is there the technology with terrestrial TV? Or would you need Sky?

Or is it gonna be like NOW TV where you buy a device without a dish?

The device connects to your wifi.. but you can buy a mobile dongle if you don't have an internet.. I wonder how it's all gonna work though.. is sky gonna still be involved?

I meant with a computer and www.connectify.me though.. you obviously need an internet connection to purchase somehow..
