wouldn't it be great if ITV showed delayed coverage of fights from America, just like the old days

that apart from the long ads and commentatry was very well put together

imagine setanta bring us TR cards and ITV4 GBP cards, wouldn't that be sweet

The adverts were to long but at least it was on .Im glad I knew the result as I dont think I could have stayed with the beating Froch was getting .
I wonder what the viewing figures were

I was glad the corner advice between rounds was retained.

They were the only channel who showed it so I'm not going to complain.

Havent seen the ITV version but its probably just human nature not to be able to be as "hyped up" and mis tense commentary when its not live they probably only had 1 take at doing it so it was never going to be perfect. The corner work defo should have been kept in because McCraken got everything totally right with his advice

If adverts are what it takes to see a fight like that then they can have as many as they like.

ITV have more breaks in a programme than Stephen Hendry has in a year of playing snooker.

I recorded the first half hour while I had some dinner, then was able to fast forward through all the breaks. Problem solved.
