    Whats up with him? After beating that fool up Mayol, I havent heard anything from him. Will he finally go for Legend status and fight a big name, like that Japanese guy?

    I heard he was in talks with Viloria's people for a fight after Viloria defends his title in the Phillipines.

    Its a shame Koki Kameda is only 23 years of age....Viloria isn't a big enough name. Soon Calderon will be 35 years old, he needs a big name, but I suppose hes not gonna make it to a big stage in boxing.

    Lets remember Calderon was the smaller at 105 and still nobody wanted to unify against him. that is the only reason he is at 108.

    His next fight looks like it's going to be against Villoria. Brian has improved on his skills since fighting out of the Colonia gym. Those Mexican trainers got him sharp these days. It's going to be a tough one for Ivan, special after all the headbutt he took from Mayol. his scarring still looks tender.

    The main thing to hash out in the contract is to get Calderon to fight out of Puerto Rico, good luck.

    Hopefully this fight will happen I wouldn't mind seeing it. I say the winner fight Giovani Segura!

    WBC 108 champ Rodel Mayol is targeting WBA champ Giovani Segura next. Winner of Mayol/Segura versus winner of Viloria/Calderon and we have an undisputed unified champ at 108 hopefully next year.

    What for looking at his record he's 2-2 in championship fights, if hes the best there is, than he should move up in weight after fighting this Hawain Punch, and claim a 3rd belt.

    Take a look at Ivan's record. He has no problem fightng out of PR. But he sell very well there. Ivan knows he won't be fighting too much longer. Careers at small weights are not very long. Especially when a boxer depend on skill and reflexes. He is already at the same age Finito retired. He is not even protecting his "0", what he wants is to make as much money as he can before retiring.
