Rivas sits for all of five seconds on his stool, then shoots upright and sticks his tongue out so his chief second can pour water on it from an upended squirt bottle. He swallows without closing his mouth. It's creepy.

Weird little rodent looking mother****er. Put your tongue back in and sit the **** down.

    Round 2

Calderon is circling very wide, letting Rivas hack at the body and miss with lunging shots. Right hook by Calderon while running. Calderon is caught with a clubbing right hand behind the head and pitches forward nearly to his hands and knees but course-corrects. Rivas thinks about rushing in to take advantage as Calderon is curling into a vulnerable-looking ball, but casts a nervous glance at the ref as though not sure whether that was viewed as a rabbit punch. Rivas is walking him down, tossing out lead rights. Calderon bounces off the ropes and weaves under & through a series of hooking/looping power shots and lands one straight left in the sequence, prompting an "OLE!" from the crowd. Very slick defense by Calderon, but he landed all of maybe twice all round.

ROFL! Most descriptive post in any of your RBRs I've had the pleasure of reading. Dropped in from watching the Top Rank card and this made my night!

Seems like Calderon should circle the other way.

    Round 3

Calderon steps forward and flurries. Heads come together, and they back away and touch gloves. Rivas is throwing down hard, both arms crashing into Calderon from above but hitting his fists or altogether missing depending on Calderon's speed hustling in reverse. Lots of cutie-pie negativity by Calderon, tying up and pushing off to pop a couple of jabs before rinsing and repeating, then circling very wide and changing directions on a dime a few times.

    10-9 Calderon

    29-28 Calderon

Rat Boy has puffy eyes. This time, his butt remains on his stool.

    Round 4

Left hook upstairs by Rivas, just barely clipping Calderon. Now a long reaching left hook to the body. Calderon hasn't thrown anything back. Rivas keepss coming. Calderon tries to hold but Rivas shrugs him off with ease and then seems to realize that Calderon is within punching range and charges at him quickly with a burst of power punches that glance or just miss. Calderon is getting backed nearly into corners and is forced to duck and dive inside to wrap his arms around Rivas' waist. Now Calderon dances around, moving left, then right, then left and popping a left hand lead. Calderon is dictating range and pace, but seems a bit anxious in there after Rivas touched him a bit early on in the round. Another nice left lead by Calderon. All outside work by Calderon, not letting Rivas cut him off by kicking both legs out to the side in a dropkick hop whenever navigating the corners. They both land just before the bell.

    10-9 Calderon

    39-37 Calderon

    Some close shaves for Calderon.

    He needs to be careful.

The fact that the above sentence is even necessary given the opponent speaks to Calderon being pretty much done or close to it.

I don't know, even some glancing rabbit punches have seemed to bother Ivan a bit. :think

It could be that based on what he's felt he recognizes a need to exercise caution here.
