Seems like a legit response. Victor is not the best fighter and has a shaky chin, but he does have heart. He is just not an elite fighter who should be in the ring with guys who are good like Floyd and Manny. But guys like Berto and Maidana he can do ok with. Someone like Cotto would beat him

Ortiz (Temo or Victor) is one of the dumbest people I have heard speak publicly. He always tries to apply idioms, expressions, metaphors, and sayings to make his point but FAILS MISERABLY. I have never heard him say a single intelligent, or even coherent, sentence.
