And get knocked out cold for the first time (in one round) in a career that doesn't need any more tarnishing.

 

he looks to be in good shape. perhaps good enough to be deluded into coming back. they always do.

but then again- hes one of the few guys who is making almost as much after his career and probably just as busy. boredom and lack of meaningful work is a big reason these guys come back or turn to drugs, etc.

 

He wont come back unless there is a very meaningful fight for him (Im talking millions of dollars here). And the only ones who can bring him that will be Pac or Mayweather.

A rematch with Pac won't be any PPV record holder and most everyone wont pay to see a rematch after what happened on the first fight. Only good way to make a "good" fight with Pac is if Pac is willing to fight in 154lbs. which he won't. Either way on the publics eyes (I am not saying the hardcore boxing fans like us but your usual fans that see boxing only when there are BIG FIGHTS) they will remember the first fight and won't buy into the second one wether they fight at 154 or a catchweight of whatever.

A rematch with Mayweather will be good for both, money wise, but I think most of the public again as mentioned before won't buy a meaningful fight just to buy it.

Martinez, Paul Williams, Cotto etc. wont bring ODLH the money that he will want. There are no other bigger names out there than Pac and Mayweather, the rest are just high risk/low profit.

 

Well, DLH is looking better nowadays only because of how good Pac and Floyd are looking. We learned that Pac is whipping everyone's ass with ease and so it's not such an embarrassing loss for DLH anymore and we also learned how good Floyd really is and that DLH was the last one competitive against him. However he should stay retired while he is viewed favorably because he's no longer a real fighter, just a promoter.

 

He could always come back and fight margarito or angulo!! Someone he may beat... But he cant fight pac or mayweather!! Thats just crazy...id love to see him come back ohhhh he should fight JCC jr, hes not too dangerous

 

JCC jr doesn't deserve the fight. Even an old DLH will make a star out of whoever he fights. There's boxers that deserve that and worked hard for it in the ranks. That born rich kid using his dad's name for fame doesn't deserve any breaks.

 

Kostya Tszyu never officially retired.... Maybe a meaningful farewell fight... Or something....
