So I get how to rotate my feet/ hips/ and snap my punches.

What else must my legs and feet be doing?

Like do you dip / bend the rear knee when you cross?

Do you stay on the ball of one foot and flat footed on the other foot?

What else must my legs/feet etc be doing?

I like the guy I dont want to talk bad about him. But not enough is done on the core basics like hip rotation, and not enough one on one tuition hes got alot of people to teach. Plus he dosnt snap his punches he thuds them!

Are you paying for 1-1 tuition? If not what do you expect?

When you're teaching a group there's no way you can go around and correct everyone's form, it's not realistic to think he should.

If you want someone to correct your form to your perfect standards then pay for 1-1 tuition.

Even in groups 1-1 should be done. It can easily be added to a routine. My trainer does twice a week 1-1 only days.

    Check the above link.

Fran explains all the basics really well.

It might not be exactly what you are looking for but he explains things so well that you should be able to make some good progress without too much one on one coaching.

He covers everything including slipping, rolling, blocking, pivots, basic footwork and all the different punches and variations.
