    By nature, tall, lanky, hyperathletic, and hyperpowerful guy's tend to have horrifically bad chins, but finding them before they find yours is tough to pull off.

    Just a fighter being abnormally tall adds a lot of extra leverage into a shot, if you can land an overhand it's almost assuredly going to have a door wedge type of affect.

    Not one iota. If anything, my initial assessments have been vindicated, particularly since Wilder's has spent the last 6 years fighting more carefully selected mediocrities.

    There is a reason for this, my friend. Two actually:

    #1: Wilder can't take a punch and his handlers know it; and

    #2: Fighting the abysmal level of "competition" they put him in with allows them to create the fabricated image of Wilder as some "devastating" puncher. Sure, to cabbies, teachers, pastry chefs and the like!

    Against real fighters, he will be annihilated. And his team knows it!

    Do you blame Wilder for the fact that bouts with Povetkin and Ortiz didn't happen, despite being signed and scheduled?

    Those signings were as phony as a 3 dollar bill. I don't think Wilder's team ever had any intention of fighting those guys.

    If it wasn't for these thoroughly bogus testing controversies, I am sure they would have found another pretext to cancel. Last minute "injury" anyone???

    OK! Well, I'm not sure if you're trolling me here. In the grand scheme of things, I tend to agree with you. Wilder is a KO waiting to happen. But I don't necessarily think he'll succumb to any ordinary power the way I previously believed.

    I picked Liakhovich, Stiverne I, and Arreola to beat Wilder, and he proved me wrong, and proved to be better than I believed at those times.

    But I can't agree that Wilder never had any intention of facing Povetkin or Ortiz. You seem to be suggesting some type of a corrupt bargain of collusion between the WBC and team Wilder, and I'm not seeing that. The WBC is corrupt in their own right no doubt, but I don't believe for a second that they're fabricating falsehoods from thin air in order to protect someone like Wilder, who's hardly a cash cow, and definitely flawed both inside and outside the ring.

    I think Wilder will get KTFO sooner or later, and it may well be against a subpar opponent. But I also think he probably takes a bit of a better punch than many give him credit for, and more importantly, I think he's probably a little trickier to tag flush than most anticipate.

    I guess we'll find out in due time. But in another 6 and a half years, if he hasn't been KO'd, we should probably both re-evaluate again.

    Rums, Joshua was ko'd in sparring by Dubois as we know lol. Joshua's fans think that his stiff ass is somebody because he beat a washed up ole Wlad who gave a spirited effort and almost ko'd Joshua's overrated ass. Joshua is a fraud and has been a fraud since he won his fake ass Gold medal. He is a suspected drug cheat and Parker if their fight is made might beat his stiff ass and end Joshua's hopes of becoming a real champion.

    Bottom line, Wilder's team found a way to get out of both of those fights. This allowed them to claim that yes, they had been willing to fight Povetkin, without actually facing him. It has since been shown that Povetkin did nothing wrong - yet, they cancelled the fight! I find that odd to say the least.

    Even moreso in the Ortiz situation, where he was apparently disqualified for using blood pressure medication!!! WTF! This drug testing hysteria is out of hand and powerful boxing promoters are using it to their advantage.

    Regardless of whether you agree with the reasons, the end result is this - Wilder hasn't faced Povetkin at all, and if he ever does it will be an old and diminished version.

    Same with Ortiz, although he's actually facing today's older version. My own view is that Ortiz is greatly overrated, yet with Wilder's fragile whiskers, the old man could KO him.

    Blaming Wilder for the abnormalities regarding the drug testing of Povetkin and Ortiz seems well outside the realm of reason.

    Rums, like Joshua...Headvetkin and Ortiz were scared of Wilder which is why they tried to cheat the man. I expect the stiff ass Joshua to juice against Wilder if they fight as well.
