I feel like I have more energy during training. Also lost 9 lbs in a week just from reducing my milk consumption. Also eggs are delicious. I understand why Chisora eats 20 a day,
So how many eggs are you consuming now? PS, Not trying to be mean but it sounds like you just discovered eggs or something. Sort of like, what are these little white oval things? Hmmm, let's see what they taste like, mmmmmh om nom nom... munch munch munch.... Oh there so good I can't stop! nom nom nom. But seriously, eggs are the ****ing perfect food damn near. Drizzle some honey on them, and with a side of ezekiel, or genesis bread you have a super meal right there.
Can you please clarify? I think many of us can't imagine how you can lose 9lbs just from reducing milk consumption. Perhaps you left out an important detail.
Some people get a bit bloated up from drinking milk and other dairy products. 9lbs in a week though? If you were eating a truck load of other (mostly terrible) stuff and you weigh 300lbs, its possible you dropped that much bloat. Eggs are very good for you.
I buy the bottled egg whites from MyProtein,but they don't half make you anti-social from a fragrance point of view. And that's even after upgrading to the Free Range.
