I never said AJ was in control of the match, what I said was he had opportunities to hurt and go after Usyk when he was vulnerable and he didn't take them.

Like I said, rewatch the fight.

I scored the fight 10-2 the first time I saw it, but when the initial shock is over, and you really pay attention to the fight without the emotion there, it looks different.

Usyk clearly won, but it wasn't as completely sided.

Same, I was at the fight about ten miles from the ring and felt Usyk had won without scoring the fight. I couldnt even hear the judges scores but was really relieved they got it right.

Maybe because you were there it then looked different on TV, because of the crowd realising AJ was being bossed?

I've watched it again - after watching it live on Sky - and if anything the points where I thought maybe it was turning around live due to AJ adjustments - rounds 5, then 6 especially didn't look quite as clear to AJ as I had initially thought - there was one body uppercut I thought noticably hury Usyk but he scored a solid left straight almost straight after to deter AJ.

9-3 both times, AJ winning 5,6 and 8

Agreed. Usyk clearly won the fight and a big reason AJ didn't finish Usyk was Usyk himself and his own gameplan, but I think AJ's corner was the final nail in the coffin.

Usyk was hurt and vulnerable at times, and if It were tyson Fury in there, Usyk would have been finished.

I had it closer than most here so I'm glad some can see it wasn't just a complete a utter domination from Usyk, 8-4 sounds a very reasonable score to me.

But I need to re-score the fight at some point I was pretty tired when watching the fight live, would be good to see how I score it with fresher eyes and maybe I'll see a more one sided affair. With so many saying it was much wider than I had it, I need that second viewing, especially rounds 4 and 11 which is where my scoring differs to most.

If you know boxing and try to judge fights with an unbiased eye, then 8 - 4 is a reasonable result. There were close rounds that Usyk edged but thats the point he did edge them and that's all he has to do.

AJ going for a KO is the only way for him to beat Usyk for me. When Joshua doesn't get the finish, he takes a few rounds to recover, which makes him vulnerable at that point Usyk probably stops Joshua.

Highly unlikely Joshua wins the rematch, wether he has a different trainer or game plan.

I had it 9-3. and when you lost like that it's one sided.

AJ is in his prime now and lost to a better boxer.

Agreed Usyk will be a 2/5 favourite for me, but Joshua can KO Usyk. I feel if he really studies the last fight he can figure Usyk out.

Usyk has vulnerabilities. He's just a genius when it comes to compensating for them.

Absolutely agree. But that doesn't mean that boxer is unbeatable. Joshua is a good boxer, but he's not Usyk level in terms of technical skill.

If AJ fights to his strengths, he can win, and anyone writing him off is a fool.

    Everyone does have vulnerabilities.
Joshua could KO Takam far earlier than he get his british stoppage.
Joshua could KO Parker in his aunt's Eddie backyard ( he like Ottke is backyard fighter solely ) and what we had saw?
    Aunt referee.
Jousjua could on paper KO Ruiz Jr in 2 fights. On paper.

    Not Usyk, maybe someone else.

stop pushing this narrative. He is still top HW.

The difference is Joshua didn't need to KO those fighters. He could easily outbox Parker, Takam or Ruiz so no need to risk it.

Usyk is far better than any of those.

There are people writing him off though. He is still a top 3 HW, I agree, he can win.

No without aunt in ring ref, it was shame for boxing both levels: am or pros, it was shame and disgrace.

Usyk vs A.J I had scored like 8 rounds for Usyk, 1 draw round, 3 rounds for A.J.
