The deliberate hit on the back of the head and low blow in the 12th were totally beyond the pale, let alone the bodyslam.

    Pathetic.

The referee who is closest called it Clottey's fault. He said "you turned your back, okay?" The Setanta commentary team agreed with the referee.

You maybe need to look again.

Clottey is a complaining *****. But Cotto has a history of being dirty.

yea the referee should have deducted a point. Hitting in the back of the head and then a low blow. Come on one warning next deduction.

Clottey turned his head... those kinds of fouls are more on the guy that gets fouled because he creates the opportunity by putting themselves in a vulnerable position... and Clottey did overreact like hell too. It was a light tap on the head at best.

The low blow was accidental. The back of the head shot probably was too. Cotto spinned around real quick and threw what was probably intended as a counter-punch. It's not his fault Clottey turned his back.

he was looking for a point deduction to make up for the knockdown. He complained and dramaticized everything that happened. He needs to take some tips from cotto on how to man up.

Clottey bitched that...He barely shows any reaction to getting punched clean to the body and head all fight but a little love tap that was half his fault anyway all of sudden is excruciating.

I for one was really disappointed with Josh...he had that fight in the bag but let Miguel squirm home to victory.

Steve Bunce has just infered that Clottey was faking injury when he was pushed down by Cotto.
