The bodyslam imo was an attempt to spin Clottey as he had earlier. The rabbit punch, when looked at on replay, was a foul by both parties; Clottey holding to Cotto's arm while turning his back and Cotto for throwing the punch. In other words, not straight out cheat moves.
Well, And today more than ever I hate HBO. They were on Clottey side from the beginning. The Compubox cout was very shady. And they were always concentrating on showing Clottey's corner. It might not be 116-111, but Cotto won that fight
Cotto sized up the shot to the back of the head before he threw it. Bullsh*t. The low blow I would let pass except for Cotto's history. He was gassed, wanted a break and pulled his sh*t. AND they gave him that round, or Ledderman did. F-A-R-C-E. Ilesey - Suck my fuc*ing co*k, you stupid b*tch.
I love PR's boxing beer goggles. Cotto deliberately hit Clottey in the back of the head. The ref was already in there about to break it up and Cotto saw his opportunity. That being said, it is only a matter of time for Cotto. He will run into someone who will close the fight and not allow him to escape.
Clottey is the biggest cry baby, who looks to overtake Cintron's position. He acted like such a girl in there. Every time Cotto started building momentum he found a way to ***** about something. He hit Cotto with a few low blows himself and Cotto didnt ***** about it. Not to mention positioned himself to get thrown and hit on the back of the head.
He turned his back on him for **** sake. For the record I saw Clottey go in with his head more than once in the first few rounds
The ref was right there and said Clottey turned his back...and pretty much told him to stop wingeing. Thats the end of it for me...it was a non issue.
seriously. after tonight i lost a hell of a lot of respect for clottey. he's right behind cintron in my eyes...
Dude, that has already happened in a brutal fashion and Cotto came back from adversity to grind out a decision. What more do you want?
Clottey held Cotto's arm while Cotto threw the shot AND Clottey turned his back as well. If you turn your back and get hit in the back of the head it's your fault. BTW Was Cotto throwing low blows or hitting in the back of the head the entire fight? Does he have a history of that? No so quit whining, Clottey was looking to get a point deduction, nothing more.
Fight reminded me a bit of Holt - Bradley. It seemed like Clottey was doing everything possible to make excuses, when if he pulled his head in he could have won.
