I've missed the past few days; is Povetkin a viable sub for Haye?

After all, Povetkin is Wlad's mandatory and would've fought him if not for his injury, last november. It would be a great match that's long overdue, and probably the best substitute available.

Povetkin has beaten quite a few good guys at HW, something Haye hasn“t so far...

Of course but does Povetkin wanna take the fight on a few weeks notice? I mean big fights don't happen like that on such a short time constraint. The one fight that I can think of off the top of my head was Lennox Lewis-Vitali Klitschko

any top 10 contender would have their shot in the long run...why would they risk they future in a few weeks noticed...

any big fights should be promoted for two months...

A lot of those top 10 wouldn't make for a big fight anyway...

Wish we could still have some top 10 characters around like Donovan "Razor" Ruddock. The smash would take out everyone.

How out of shape does Povetkin get between fights?

As I've said on other threads, this sort of competetive fight wont happen!! I think it'll be James Toney or John Ruiz if I'm honest.

The only decent fighter I can see stepping up is Kingpin!!!
