Thanks. To be 100% honest, I have moved to anew place in 2000. And really it wasn't untill 06' that a new gym opened up around here. And that is where I go, i think of it as my gym. And it's just the drive to get BACK to going there, when i was going it seemed like every day. And then to start Ju-Jitsu again at this one place. And that's what I've got to do. THanks though. ANd I shadow box hit a bag in my garage almost every day. So it's a long story guys.
Sounds like you're on the right track. I work out with my heavy bag whenever I can and jog 5K every day. I'm too broken from injuries to train full time at the dojo nowadays. This way - I can at least keep the gears moving and my mind in the game.
