I know. I criticize Mayweather a lot, but I criticize Pacquiao, too. It just so happens that Pacquiao has a lot less to criticize about, so I come across as biased.

Here's my question: have you EVER seen a picture of Mayweather where Ellerbe wasn't in the background?

The only reason why Floyd wasn't challenged in that interview is because Jim Rome doesn't know enough about boxing. Someone like Brian Kenny would have ripped Floyd a new *******. Jim Rome couldn't, but someone else would have made him look foolish for those remarks.

Didn't think you could answer that. Too much logic attached to that question. :good

All Brian Kenney would've done is say that Ali was more popular or that he beat fighters that are held in high regard. I was watching the Thrilla in Manilla documentry today. Larry Holmes stated that Ali's was overrated, and cited his skillset as the reason. This is something Mayweather alluded to. I'd like to see someone counter that point. Brian Kenny wouldn't even bother to try, because he doesn't know enough about the technical aspect of the sport.

maybe...maybe not....we know how floyd/kenny interviews go...it would have been interesting certainly

regardless...you have to understand my point a little....floyd knew where he was....and rome has a following...he added a few buys in that apperance you can pretty much guarantee that

why? ali did it all the time with joe louis and look where ali got to. yes people were pissed off at the time saying he had no right to say that, but in the end when it's all said and done, ali proved himself. floyd will be the same. he'll prove himself to be one of the best ever.
