**IYO...the JuanMa stoppage justified or a huge error by the ref**

Great stoppage, Juanma was a walking dead.

It was a good stoppage, juanma was wobbly for a couple of rounds and in round 8 it seemed Salido couldnt miss hitting Juanma flush...juanma almost fell if not for the ropes like 30 seconds before the stoppage...Juanma just had too much heart to go down...I told everyone in my group "its gonna get stopped" and it did

Im from PR but i can tell you that unless Juanma gets his defense corrected he will get KO'd again...it is what it is

 

So you're basically saying you wanted Salido to beat Juanma a little longer:-(

 

Saying that the champion deserves more leway than the challenger is complete, and total horse****. Just as bad as the ludacris "you need to come forward and take the title from the champion" bull****. Lopez and Salido entered the ring with the benefit of equal treatment under the rules and anyone who says otherwise is blinded by their prejudice.

In the final round Juanma, who had been completely out on his fight twice before already took a bragage of unanswered punches that snapped his head around gruesomely on its axis. After Salido stopped to reposition himself Juanma threw two or three half-hearted punches before promplty having his head snapped back by more flush punches. A guy has to do more than throw arm punches to avoid a stoppage: he needs to offer meaningful resistance and demonstrate an ability to avoid punishment. He did neither. It wasn't just that he was getting repeatedly punched in the face, it was that he was taking full leverage shot full gong and getting his head snapped back again and again and again.

Relax dude, at least your guy isn't hooked up to a respirator machine right now, which is apparently what you want from him.

 

Juanma was a dead man walking the job of the ref is protect the life of a fighter when the corner fail to do it because of his action he will have another opportunity.

 

Juan Ma has been hit repeatedly by head shots and the Ref considering his safety stopped it.

Justified stoppage . . . the corner of Juan Ma didn't complain.
