Yeah Breazeale has a punch on him, and IZU has bad stamina so a combination of fatigued and hurt but he put on a beautiful clinic on Breazeale

Crisp punch perfect... Gorgeous body shots and had Breazeale hurting and on the canvas

Usyk would have looked good too against Breazeale doubt he could have hurt him the same way though

Yeah I’m with you. Despite the loss there was a lot to like- he seemed like an exciting glass cannon type who could give the top 15 some dangerous fights. Unfortunately he left all that along with his fighting spirit behind.

No, the second KO loss in 3 fights I suspect would be it. It would be a shame to retire on that as the guy who beat him last week is on a big KO streak and undefeated - if it turns out that he is going to beat up anyone who stands in front of him then it's no shame for Izu.

He was just another prospect with power who could clean up bums with it, he stepped up (If you could even call Breazeale a step up) and found out his stamina and power only lasts a couple of rounds.

Given he couldn't get Julias Long out (even a shot to bits Lucas Browne did it last year), probs showed he wasn't ever going to amount to much..

Just watched his last fight and by the 3rd round he was blowing and his power was gone, in the fourth he was looking like David Price waiting for his opponent to put him out of his misery..

His opponent was some 11 - 0 guy but looked like if he trained a bit he could make cruiser and was not impressive at all...

Retirement is probs the best option for him..

I was curious about what Izu is up to today and it turns out that he's fighting in MMA but not very successful. This fight is only a few months ago:

Looks as good as he did as a boxer. To say he was anywhere Golota was merely a troll.

Bit of a throwback, haven’t heard his name for a while. Turns out he was fighting on the undercard of a Mariusz Pudzianowski fight, 5 times winner of World’s Strongest Man back in the 2000s lol

Thought they made a bit of a mess of his career. Should have been fighting a lot more. Got in a better trainer etc. Think they also got the step up all wrong. Although breazeale not a world beater.....giving away 35 lbs in your first real step ups a bit of a gamble.

Should have had another year of fighting....with a slightly smaller step up instead of breazeale.

Always thought he could have caused joshua problems. For as long as his stamina held up anyway. Good puncher. Pretty quick puncher as well. Had the tools to cause him problems.

If you cant beat breazeale tho....probably wouldnt have got there in the end. A bit too basic. Could have been interesting if someone smart had backed him in his career tho.
