    can't wait for the announcement, I hope that he takes a quick tune up to shake off ring rust and then takes on Juanma.....that will be an epic fight.

    Izzzyyyyy is one of the toughest dudes in the sport!!!!!

    Dan Rafael has all but said we should see Vasquez/Marquez IV in the Fall if every thing goes according to plan.

    If his eye wasn't right or if he felt he didn't have it anymore.
    But I reckon it'll be to announce his next fight, at Featherweight in September.

    I hope he does retire in a way..because Id hate to see him do any more damage to himself.

    But at the same time, Izzy seems to me like the kind of guy who would retire...sit on it for a year or two, then come back..which would be far worse IMO.

    If he could wait out to Vic wins his bantam fight..I reckon thats a solid money fight for him that he is very likely to win and something he could go out on.

    Personally I don't think he should fight Marquez again, they can't stop hitting each others face, they are too brave for their own good. Lopez, Gamboa, I feel they are too much for him at this point. Hopefully Izzy is 100% healthy and cleared to fight, but no need to rush anything, he might need a tune-up or two.

    Then fight Luevano or Cruz for a FW belt.

    He said it in primerahora.com, he's going up to126 and yes, he's still looking forward to a 4th fight w/Marquez... I don't blame him for that, BUTTTTTTTTT.... @ 1 POINT HE'S GOTTA fight Juanma.................. you can ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuunnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, but u can't hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiide! let's get it on VAZQUEZ!!
