Jürgen Brähmer vs. Roberto Feliciano Bolonti RBR

Oliveira was/is considered a very good prospect, even though Brähmer made him look ordinary.

 

Round 2

Brähmer is dancing to his right and putting jabs up onto the forehead of Bolonti. Brähmer is ducking in and bucking into Bolonti with his right elbow digging into the ribs, then jumping outside with parting left hand leads up top. Bolonti moves in and drills a right under the guard but only nicks Brähmer's waistline, pushed off and jabbed in the face. Wide left hand by Brähmer, missing but also disrupting the 1-2 Bolonti was lining up.

By no means. I have suggested it myself.

 

A) Brähmer never fought a Swamp Donkey Richards.

B) Oliveira is, like I said, alright when not being made to look foolish against Brähmer. :yep

Brähmer > Huck

 

No more so than any skillful championship-grade boxer who doesn't actively try for knockouts every night.

Anyone who likes watching displays of technical mastery put on by guys like Calderon, Narvaez, etc, should have no problem remaining enthused all twelve rounds of a Brähmer contest.

 

Round 3

Brähmer is jabbing high to keep Bolonti's guard raised and then scooping in lefts on the body. Straight lefts below the V-forming elbows from Brähmer as well. Bolonti is wrestling in past the jabs and body shots, breaking guard only to grab and yank Brähmer in close where he can work his own right uppercuts to the body. Brähmer wriggles free and keeps hitting Bolonti with the left downstairs in a variety of ways.

Kovalev, but he would be facing his biggest test and most skilled opponent to date in Brähmer. (and yes that includes Campillo even if he were prime)

 

Round 4

Brähmer is flipping up jabs and scooting out to long range, catching Bolonti in clinches when he comes forward log-rolling in rights to the body from his guard. A few attempted rabbit punches by Bolonti on the inside, fists rolling off the rear of Brähmer's skull as he dips forward and sloughs off. Steady jab work outside by Brähmer.

Round 5

Brähmer is taking careful aim with his right jab, holding it at the gate and only setting it free when he spies a brief opening in Bolonti's guard, tattooing his face with it. Bolonti is bouncing his weight back and forth on the outside, looking to get inside and work the body, unsure how to do it without running into the jab. Bolonti tries a few right handed chops at Brähmer's side, falling into clinches. Brähmer shakes him off with a jerk of his arms or lets the ref intervene, and resets behind the right jab.
