Quite true Rooney , Hitting marg and Hitting pbf are not the same thing.

To be honest even at his best Mosleys aggresion would/will probably be his undoing against Floyd too many countering opportunities.

That said Mosley has an insane will to win so Floyd will have to risk his hands and put something on those counterpunches to slow him down

Goosen has a soft spot for Shane and thinks, like a lot of scribes and men in boxing, the Sugarman will be a live dog in this one.

I have to disagree with my boy Joe in this fight prediction. I think joe is hoping, more than anything, that the upset happens. But, if he had to train mosley for this fight, I think he would realize that this will be an uphill battle for Shane. I don't think Shane can effectively cut off the ring against an elusive fighter like Mayweather. He has never been an effective aggressor and i don't see this old dog learning new tricks for this fight.

    Floyd easy 12 UD

Mosley keeps his head way too high when he punches still. He gets away with it because he always gets off first and hits with enough force to deter any effective counters from coming at him quickly. This won't be the case with Floyd though.

The worst thing Mosley can do is wait on that coward or chase him around without throwing punches like Corrales did if he does that he will be potshot to death.

Mosley needs to go all out,he has nothing to fear from fraud who with his brittle hands doesnt have the power to hurt him,hit him everywhere press him to the point that he has to leave his comfort zone and fight back and when he does that hes there to be hit and Mosley has the power to knock him the **** out.

Mosley by KO if the fight happens.

He lives in a certain range. If Floyd can limit the clinch fight, and keep changing the distance then Shane will have little choice but to follow and hope for the big shot. It isn't that he lacks speed or anything, it's that he relies on a set of variables that Floyd is decent at controlling.

Easier said than done keyboard warrior! :good Fighters don't go into the fight against Floyd with the gameplan "I'm gonna wait this coward out" :patsch JMM is one of the smartest fighters in the game, yes he was smaller, but that doesn't explain why he got outboxed and taken out of his game so badly. He went in there with full intention of bringin the fight to Floyd. What happened? Things change once you actually have to implement that plan against a guy you can't hit and who hits you every time you miss and are in range. :deal

You know that might be the only intangible that makes this fight worth watching: the mental resolve of Sugar Shane.

You're right when you say that Shane has no fear of any fighter and might come out guns a blazin'...

If Shane doesn't get discouraged in the early rounds, it could be a decent fight. It's just been my observation that Floyd will find a way to spoil Mosley's aggression by using the ring effectively and frustrate him to the point of desperation. If Mosley sticks with his gameplan and doesn't get discouraged, Mosley could overcome the enigma.

It's a tall order, but Mosley has never backed down from a challenge...unlike his opponent.

Very true. But I'm not even sure those are the two biggest things that change people's game against Floyd. I mean I have seen excellent counter-punchers not be able to keep people off of them. It's like everyone he fights is trying to follow in a dance they don't quite understand. Whether he moves forward, backwards, laterally, or in his strange way all of the above seemingly at the same time. His opponents can't quite get the correct angle and range to do what they train to do.

I mean you can't really see it on t.v., but anyone who has come off the street into a boxing or mma gym and tried to land punches against someone who knows what they are doing should recognize the symptoms. Like being stuck in the mud, and winging shots landing on gloves and arms. You also get that whole awkward look about you that makes you look like you don't have any idea what is going on.

Another thing is Fraud is used to fighting guys he has a reach advantage over,it wont be the case with Mosley,if Mosley puts pressure on him behind his jab doubling and sometimes tripling it the way De La Hoya did early in his fight with Fraud before he got tired he can have great success.

If theres one thing that the Oscar fight showed us is that if you stick a jab in fraud's face he looks very beatable, you simply have to be able to do that for the entire fight something that Oscar couldnt do at that stage of his career.

Im sure brother Naz knows that and he will come out with the perfect game plan for Mosley to win,if Mosley can implement it on fight night remains to be seen but i think he can(if the fight happens).

To prevent blood, guts and other body parts from getting into his eyes. Looked like Margo's nose and mouth with about to come off.

100% true man, good points. He stays one step ahead of his opponents and your right, they are doing a dance only floyd knows and the other guy is stumbling around trying to keep up

12% of total punches does not equal "quite a bit" of right hands from JMM.

Yeah he still does do that. PBF will see that and take advantage of it.
