From what I saw on 24/7 a dude thats humble, soft spoking and emotional. simply a nice guy who turns around the opposite in the ring. Sad that everything speaks against him winning vs canelo. canelo is bigger, stronger and faster. technicly more sound and as far as I know seems to have a better chin, judging his enourmus neck. but remember ortiz also had a big neck and huge back, by the force of relentless attack lopez did overcome all this. yet remember, he was behind on scorecards and canelo is definitly superior to ortiz in every part of the game. watch out, this is a FOTY candidate. canelo is not shy of a war and lopez is very high on the list "baddest mo$&%$/er around"!!
Good dude, Regardless the outcome of the Alvarez fight. Josesito has set himself up for some good fights anywhere from 140-154.
It's funny that sometimes we dismiss these fighters and call them 'bums' and disrespect them. Then you see their life story, how hard they have worked, and how a win could literally change their whole life and you become humbled and ashamed of yourself.
totaly agree with you. but thing is, that its unpersonal, when I say something about somebody I don't know personly and most of us don't know the people personly they call this and that. hard life lopez, like most boxers, always been a poor mans sport, a sport where suffering is a mayor part not only in training or in the ring, but well before boxers actualy start boxing.
