Since when was Miller a big puncher?

Last two he got rid of unbeaten Dinu and Adamek (I agree a shot Adamek) with one punch. He is not feather fisted whatever Femi thinks. Duhuapas and Wach are iron chinned so I'm not holding those against him.

Mason punched a lot harder than Miller does and Mercer had a far better, more consistent jab, Leewis would have beat Miller far more convincingly than he did Mercer at MSG.

You might be right about Lewis beating Miller convincingly but as Miller is untried at the top level the jury is surely out. As far as Mason hitting a lot harder than Miller, not for me, similar power. I suspect Joshua will have a harder time with Miller than Lewis had with Mason.

    Miller is better than Mason.

Potentially yes. Mason's career was stymied by injury.

Reality, not potentially. Mason was like a shitty version of Sonny Liston. He was just UK hype.

I don't recall any over hype of Gary Mason in the UK at the time.
In fact just the opposite, the view was he wasn't being given the profile he deserved.

On what basis do you come to that conclusion?

Mason didn’t really have any stamina or handspeed, and was generally pretty sloppy.

Ask a boxer if they’d rather fight a second rate Liston impersonator or a 6’4, 310 pound tank who throws 80 punches per round.

AJ is far better at this stage of his career than Leewis was when he beat Mason.

Yes but those punches are painfully slow and lack snap.

Miller is nowhere near Liston`s level either, Liston`s jab had more power than any of Miller`s shots and his hook was much faster, plus he was far harder to hit.
