What do you all think about him . Was he ever really Good? Can he make his way to the top again? He currently has the option to fight in eliminators for Hurd or charlos belt. . is J Rock a threat to Hurd , Charlo or Lara ? Can he beat them

Williams should fight Vanes, but his trainer didnt want the fight at the time.

He's good enough to make it to the top 10 at 154, but not good enough to do much else. However, if Hurd and Charlo move up and Lara retires he could luck up and win a vacant title.

He'd beat Lara. Prob 50/50 with Charlo, but his tank would get him in trouble against Hurd.

He ate flush bombs with little problem against that last guy, who was a power puncher. The Charlo fight was highly suspicious. Williams hasn't show that little punch resistance before or after. Loaded wraps or Charlo was P.E.D.'d to the max.

He’s a good fighter but came around at a difficult time. If he hit his prime during the Bundrage, Spinks, Ishe Smith, Dzindzirik era he wouldn’t have had much trouble getting a belt and being near the top of the division.

J-Rock is NOT beating Lara... unless the Hurd fight finished Lara, which is always possible considering Lara is old now.

At his best, Lara is on a different level from Williams.

154 is on of the most stacked divison out right now and hes handling his own. He'll never be the top guy but he'll be one of the top guys.
I wasn't too big on him till he fought Gallimore. This kid is a real fighter.

Just like he was on a different level than Molina, and Martyrosian the first fight right. Williams will dismantle Lara.

Dzinziruk would have gave him a bad schooling. Don't put Dzinziruk in the same sentence as those IBF pass the parcel bum titlists.

come on lol., hardly. It was the weakest division in boxing for many years, it improved a but in the last year or two , but I'd still call it weak - a few good fighters at the top but then after that the overall top 15 is weak.

Why? Because he beat Daniel Santos?
