Dzinziruk had very good skills and was a solid all rounder, he was undefeated in world title fights. Shame he never got a reallly big fight in his prime at 154 to show how good he was. There was a time when most people had him down as the best at 154.

Those other 3 you mentioned were never nowhere near considered the best in the division, were knocked out multiple times, and had near journeyman records.
