Talking super fly, late nineties? I have to go with Tapia on points, throwing & landing more while Peñalosa might arguably get the better quality shots in - especially those vicious body digs, although I don't see him stopping Tapia with them (as he was made of iron from the feet up, as was Peñalosa).
