It's only a matter of time before Top Rank officially announces this one. Maybe waiting to see what the TC/Postol does??
**** fight, vargas a c-level fighter. pacquiao should face broner next. it seems like that may be it because apparently he's mad at arum not giving him enough money. i'd watch broner-pacquiao for sure. i like that fight
Considering Pacquiao just beat the guy who beat Vargas with ease, I'd say it wouldn't be a very competitive fight.
Broner out priced himself my ass. Vargas was the plan for Pac all along, just like Brook was the real target for GGG.
Pac needs to retire he has nothing left to prove. I would hate to see him hang around too long and get beat by one of these young guys. If he wants a farewell fight then fine but after that he should call it a day.
Jessie has Manny's favorite belt. (147LBS WBO) PLUS Bobby wants to ca$h him out to either Crawford or Vargas. Then March them up eventually. (If the ca$h out works)
I don't want to see him in a ring again. He has been carefully matched in every fight since and including the Delahoya fight with the exception of 2 fights...both of which he lost. Great fighter, fun to watch, but he doesn't fight like he used to. He should just walk away.
no one wants to see this ****, pacquiao would decimate vargas. vargas is so overrated, go watch his fights with omotoso, khabib, and the other russian dude. if pac is going to fgiht someone, fight Spence, Crawford, Thurman, or Brook. I don't want to see any other fight, I'd understand a Broner fight purely for the business side though.
Not particularly carefully matched imo. He fought pretty much every worthwhile opponent in his division.
Does this guy not even realize that guys were getting laughed off this forum when they said Pac would beat Cotto and Hatton? Pacquiao put them in the grave. He administered savage beatings. Pacquiao I think still think beats Vargas like 9 rounds to 3. Prime Pacquiao finishes him by the 4th round max.
Yep. People trying to diminish a great fighter's career by twisting things with the benefit of hindsight.
