he looked good against a bum he wont be able to do that to cotto or mayweather thats for sure, anyways he is a very good fighter who can put a lot of punches together and he is very accurate.

Jesus, that's a beautiful jab. Looked damaging, fast and very sharp, and he timed them well too.

Ike did posses a helluva jab. and yes he did outjab de la hoya (a great jabber also). He would launch a solid double jab and land it with accuracy, and quickly bring it back to a defensive position. Ready to unload the next assult.

Watch a past his prime Ike outbox Vernon Forrest and fight toe to toe with a prime DLH(arguably winning). Watch him outbox and stop Vince Phillips, and then get back to me with all this.

Ike was a fantastic fighter. He's way past his prime now, retired I believe, so obviously he's not going to do it to Floyd or Cotto. Is this the first time you've heard of Ike?

Quartey was inactive for about a year and a half, then out jabbed and arguably beat a prime Oscar De La Hoya.

I felt sorry for Ike when he got knocked down the second time and then pummeled in the corner for so long it looked like Oscar's arms would fall off in that fight Ike "won." But yeah, amazing jab, always thought so.

He also should've won the Lopez fight rather than it be a draw.
