I want to understand how it's done. Not faster, not stronger, just the right in order to avoid future injuries, like elbow pain and stuff. I know you have to "corkscrew" at the end of the jab. I also hear that the jab comes from the shoulder. :huh How to? You guys have any exercises?
I'm not. So there is a small amount of extention when jabbing right? It doesn't all come from the shoulder. It feels akward haha
