    Langford won over Gans with his jab mostly. Jem Driscoll was winning fights with a jab.

    Bit late on this thread but gotta say Gene Tunney's jab was a thing of beauty - one of the very very best in history for me - funnily enough I'd say it was one of the first regularly used by a heavyweight champ aswell - although Jack Johnson had a good one too when I saw him use it - he just hardly ever used it thats all - but when I see him use it I'm always thinking actually Johnson had a great jab !! But it's true he hardly ever used it - in common with most fighters of the pre-Tunney era

    Being Ali had "zero" body attack.....some of his "points" wins fights might have gone the other way......probably the Doug Jones fight for sure.
