    Calzaghe — who trains Pavlik’s next opponent, Gary Lockett — challenged Loew to place a wager on the June 7 bout, saying, “If he’s so confident in his fighter, then why doesn’t he put his house on Pavlik winning?
    “What he’ll tell you is, ‘No way, Jose.’ ”

    Loew’s response?

    “Whatever he wants to bet on the Lockett fight, I will bet him,” Loew said. “Anything. It’s legal in Atlantic City.
    “I want his money.”

    If he still wants to do the 'house bet' then Enzo is going to be in for a rude awakening given housing prices in Youngstown! :lol:

    Well, it's easy for Loew to bet against a tune-up fighter... keep his bets 'till his fighter meets Calzaghe...

    Well you think Enzo will 'Welsh' on his bet then? :rofl

    When Pavlik turns Lockett into roadkill he will have a new respect for those that 'paved the road'. ;)

    I just had a look at your post history, about 95% of your posts is inevitably bigging up a British fighter and shitting on any fighter from any other country. You should go back to following football, since you are quite obviously not a boxing fan.

    Pavlik himself could take down everyone of the middleweights in the U.K. Calzgahe would never step in the ring with him, for his baby slaps wouldn't do much damage against this great fighter! Pavliks guns would smoke 'm all!

    Well, it is hard to know the context of some of this stuff. If you read the post, Enzo doesn't sound like he is willing to put up on his fighter. He is just saying Lowe should put up on Kelly. Jack escalated it by making it a personal bet between the two. Then they can go double or nothing on Kelly/Joe. :yep

    That is why I put it in single quotes and ended with ':rofl'. Meant as a joke. My brain is severly miswired but as long as I enjoy myself, that's all that matters. :D

    Wouldn't be suprised If Pavlik's gets beat here, his weakness can be an explosive puncher like Lockett, Taylor was just too negative when he did It In the 1st fight.
