At this point Alvarez can comfortably retire on his step aside money alone.

Sounds like you have to be a certifiable zombie to qualify.

No he's not, he's taking care of himself and is a good family man, he should have many good years ahead of him.

Froch was chasing paydays and Adonis was hardly willing to force the issue as he knew Sad Chad was easy pickings.

Anyway on to current Adonis, the guy is 40, has been lineal for ages and somehow still hasn't faced any of the top three rated fighters in his division with no sign of doing so anytime soon.

I like Jack's mentality. He doesn't seems to shy away from challenges. I favor Stevenson slightly but If he can avoid Stevenson left hand he definitely have a shot.

Stevenson tried to force the mandatory but froch ran in an unification with kessler and droped the ibf right after he got the wba.dawson was the wbc lineal champ...you can call dawson an easy pickings but he was wbc lineal champ and i clearly remember everybody here at the time not giving Stevenson much of a chance.

Froch 'ran' from a guy who was that point relatively untested at world level and had already suffered an upset loss to a gatekeeper? And to chase a unification with Kessler, one of the divisions most respected names and a man he wanted to avenge a loss to no less? Get a hold of yourself.

That people on here were stupid enough to ride with Chad after his drained pummelling by Ward at 168 just shows how little they rated Adonis at the time, nothing more.

Stevenson fought Boone (who had KO'd him previously), Chad Dawson, Tavoris Cloud, Tony Bellew back to back.

You're clearly a fan and good for you. Root for your guy. The rest of us see it what it is though and your one handed sex trafficker certainly wasn't seen as much of a threat to Froch as previously explained to you. If you choose to run with the silly narrative you've cooked up then whatever.
