I always thought this was the PHONIEST of ko's. I've seen better fake knockouts in westerns. Ali never had that kinda' power and Liston's chin was like a rock. I used to hear fighters say, "man ANY hw can knock you out if he catches you exactly right". Ali has hit mfkrs. on the chin all his career and he NEVER had another ko like THAT one. hell, Liston fought Cleveland Williams, one of the hardest hitters ever, and he never went down, in fact, he stopped Williams twice and Williams landed a number of shots on Sonny.
