    Dempsey's better ability to take punishment is probably a big deciding factor.

    On one hand, Dempsey had better chin. On the other, Fitzsimmons ate pressure fighters for breakfast. It would be a good fight.

    My head says Dempsey. My heart says Fitzsimmons.

    I just have such a hard time voting against Ruby Robert when at his best, so talented... but it is Dempsy, and he was bigger and hit like a mule. Guess he would catch him at some point.
