It depends what you mean by “Frazier’s skills”.

Obviously somebody like Tommy Gibbons was two leagues above Frazier as a technician.

He is really nothing special in this regard.

    Sharkley was kicking Dempseys ass.

He needed a low blow and Sharkley to complain to the ref to set up the left hook sucker shot.... Sharkley should have been given 5mins to recover from the low blow.

Why could he not connect with the left hook in the prior 7 rounds of competitive combat?

Frazier threw swift , whipping left hooks with flawless fluidity and technique. The thing went full circle and would tear Jacks head clean off.

Manny guys Frazier fought were on the back foot and rode and parried his blows.

Dempsey walks rights into Joe's rate of fire with his hands down by his trunks.

Do that and you get your cranial features shattered like George Chuvalo

Tommy Gibbons couldn't box a lick against Dempseyr. All he did was clinch and run away.

Their footwork looked like they were dancing the huckle buck.

Dino needs a few lessons in the art of boxing.

Keeping hands low does not make one open for a left hook. Dempsey had exceptional head movement. In close and inside Fraziers punching range Joe will be lambasted by a TWO HANDED knockout artist who had much more technical skills.

Watch those two knockdowns again. Note the WIDE hook by Joe and the SHORT hook by Dempsey.

No evidence whatsoever any of the three body blows prior to the ko blow were low.

I will throw an interesting stat out there.

Dempsey on average slipped twice as many punches per round in the Gibbons fight, as Frazier did in the fight of the century.

    Michael Hunnicut counted them.

Idiocy is a problem for quite a lot of people, and it is generally accepted and folks can be kind towards idiots. But when they wear their idiocy like a medal ( as is the case with you ) the sympathy dissipates somewhat.

What I did was point out the selectivity of your reply to a poster. That was NOT defending him, rather it was a case of rubbishing your obvious agenda. :yep

What did you make of the left hook that wobbled Ali in the 11th round of FOTC?

The low blow obviously didn't affect Sharkey. In fact he was wearing his trunks too high that night. Dempsey didn't even know that Sharkey was complaining to the ref he just saw that Sharkey's chin was high and exposed so he took advantage. Sharkey didn't even grab himself until after the knockout blow. Dempsey was closing in for the kill anyway if you watch the fight. I didn't see any low blows in the part talked about but also the camera was at a bad angle for anybody to see.

The low blow obviously affected Sharkey. In fact, it kind of looks like he was in the process of bending over in pain before the knockout punch landed.

Not really. Dempsey hit him now lower than the hip area (not on trunks but actual body). After the supposed low blow Sharkey's hands go no lower than his naval. Somebody who just go hit with a serious low blow would be immediately holding their hands down there. Sharkey was looking for a handout and unfortunately for him the referee didn't give it to him. The ref didn't break them up nor call a foul so Dempsey's knockout blow was fair game.

Yeah it did. Dempseys power + applied to one's nut sack = agonizing pain.

Sharkley was giving Jack a shellacking before that.
