Best version of each. Toledo Dempsey was about 6'0 187 pounds and FOTC Frazier was 5'11 205 pounds. Dempsey was a better 2 handed puncher and may have hit harder despite being 18 pounds lighter. Sans Ali and Foreman, Dempsey will be the best Frazier ever fought and vice versa, Frazier would be the best Dempsey ever seen.

Frazier KO eventually but you are talking about an all-out war with this one, Dempsey will not back down, he'll wade right into Joe and give it his best shot, and Joe will absorb some punishment. This is one of the matchups I'd like to have a genie's lamp to conjure up.

Round Robin between Dempsey, Frazier and Marciano. Winner of Dempsey/Frazier gets Marciano

Reluctantly I’d say Dempsey. Gonna cause too much damage early (if Quarry can make a serious fight of it for five rounds…), & this would be the rarest of occasions where Frazier might not even have the best left hook in the ring.

A Frazier victory is certainly feasible but I wouldn’t favour it. Dempsey in five.

Classic fight. Dempsey will probably hurt or floor Joe early on but Frazier is bigger and relentless.

Dempsey was koed in 1 by Fireman Jim Flynn, floored by the crude Firpo, shaken by George Carpentier and Bill Brennan. Frazier´s chin early on was pretty suspect as shown in fights Bonavena I and Manuel Ramos.

Also I think Frazier´s level of competition was higher. Ali I, Quarry, Bonavena, Matthis, Machen, Bugner, Foster are better than Willard, Firpe, Carpentier or Brennan.

Honestly don´t think Dempsey could handle the pressure if he doesn´t win early and I´d be surprised to see Jack see the 11th round.

Frazier was also floored by Mike Bruce.
Unlike Frazier, Dempsey did not have the luxury of a management team bankrolling him and wisely choosing his opponents. Cloverlay ,Frazier's team of investors got overly ambitious early on and put Joe in with Bonavena and that nearly rebounded on them.
Jack was fighting for pass the hat money and not always with the benefit of a full belly, plus he did not have the benefit of the Olympic experience under his belt.

I’m in before someone cries about all the typical Dempsey thread nonsense.
Jack Dempsey would blitz Frazier quicker than Foreman stopped him.
A prime Dempsey would run all the 70s heavyweights out of the ring.

Everything else you said was fine but it's wrong to say Frazier's chin was suspect. It wasn't.

Bonavena, Foster, and Chuvalo would have more than a fair chance of beating Dempsey

Frazier beats Dempsey and Marciano, except for a left hook in place of a right, he does everything they do but better and is a bit bigger and badder, besides wouldn't Dempsey duck him because he's black or something?

Quarry had it a lot easier on himself because Futch made Frazier stand up and box because he knew that Jerry would be looking for his hooks, and that Frazier couldn't just himself go in like that when he could easily get counterpunched if he played predictably.

Dangerous fight for Frazier he was a slow starter and he would be fighting against one of the most dangerous ferocious fighters in the early going.

It's not out of the realms that Dempsey could get to Frazier early and maybe stop him but I think I'll go with Frazier by late KO after surviving an early scare.

Bonavena and Chuvalo went the distance with Ali, Ali definitely finishes Dempsey inside of 8, Foster was more skilled than Dempsey and had a 5 inch reach advantage
